O2D Advisory Pty Ltd is a specialist infrastructure advisory firm established by Queensland transport professionals Alexandra (Alex) Hundal and Amee Dodhia. Although newly formed, the firm is built on decades of practical experience delivering complex, high value transport infrastructure programs across the state.
Together, Alex and Amee bring more than 35 years of combined experience spanning the full project lifecycle from business case development and procurement strategy through to preliminary and detailed design, contract administration, and construction phase services. Their portfolio covers major road, motorway, rail and energy infrastructure projects, including some of Queensland's most complex and high profile programs.
With extensive backgrounds in client side roles, Alex and Amee understand the expectations, governance frameworks and delivery interfaces that shape successful project outcomes. They offer complementary strengths across strategic leadership, commercial advisory and hands on delivery management. Their approach is collaborative, responsive and outcomes focused, enabling them to build trusted relationships, align diverse stakeholder interests and maintain momentum in challenging project environments.

O2D Advisory is founded on a depth of industry experience shaped over decades working within some of Australia's most significant infrastructure organisations. This capability is built from various roles held by Alex and Amee across Origin Energy, Inland Rail, Department of Transport and Main Roads, SMEC Australia and Mott MacDonald Australia, where they contributed to the planning, development and delivery of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects, ranging in complexity.
Through this breadth of experience, O2D Advisory has developed a practical understanding of government processes, technical interfaces, stakeholder environments and delivery challenges. This insight directly informs the structured, outcome driven support provided today.
Amee has delivered major transport infrastructure across Queensland, leading complex motorway, corridor and interchange upgrades for the Department of Transport and Main Roads. Her portfolio includes the Coomera Connector Stage 1 North, multiple M1 upgrades between Mudgeeraba and Tugun, and the Nerang to Worongary and Exit 54 construction works.
She has also delivered rail safety and capacity improvements through the Logan & Gold Coast Faster Rail program, including the Open Level Crossing Removal Package.
Nationally, Amee has contributed to Inland Rail's Roads and Level Crossings Package and major interchange redevelopment at New Albion Station.
Her experience spans from corridor planning, through design management and into construction phase delivery, providing deep, practical experience delivering complex transport infrastructure programs.
Alex has delivered major rail and transport infrastructure projects across Queensland and nationally, specialising in rail design coordination, station upgrades and corridor development.
Her portfolio includes leadership roles on the Logan & Gold Coast Faster Rail program as the Deputy Rail Package Lead, Loganlea Station Relocation, and QR's Station Accessibility Upgrade Program.
She has managed design and delivery for a range of QR and Sydney Trains small to medium projects, supporting network safety, reliability and operational performance.
Nationally, Alex has contributed to multiple Inland Rail packages as the Engineer for the Technical Advisory team and the Beerburrum to Nambour rail duplication.
Her experience spans design management, construction phase services and multidisciplinary project coordination, delivering the right solution for the client.
